News From Fan Faire!

Well hello everyone hope you all been having fun and killing! Here are some of the things learned while at Fan Faire!

There is yet another expansion to our world of norrath. The new addition will be called

Veil of Alaris
Max lvl will be 95
4 tiers with 12 zones
New guild hall both inside and out
Guild rank permissions tools and tied to housing
Guild trophies
4+ guild ranks
Revamped hot bar system= resizable, icons can be assigned, buttons can be sized, upgraded to 12 buttons with upgrade to amount of bars up to 10, and can link items (clickies) to hot bar
Guild hall will also be placeable in neighborhoods with upkeep charges
Parcel email system IE items and money
Will be allowed to own more then one merc but can only use 1 at a time
Bigger bags no longer in marketplace only

Beta starts aug 30th with expansion coming out around second week of November.

Ok that's just expansion news in other news that happened in discussion groups are:

Possibility of banks in houses
Possibility of block buff increase
Will not increase raid numbers said got more complaining still to big and not enough to fill 54 man raids!
Will probably increase trade skill caps to 400
Devine rez bug on list of things to fix
Group version and or fixed IVU for chanters will be looked into but won't say yes to either
Won't do fixed cameo for Druids feels it will make them over powered
Cloak of quills as group buff we were told to stay tuned
Taunt mechanics tools coming
Looking into a search feature for spell books
Looking into tabbed chat windows
Raid sets being looked into
Found major lag prob in game will be fixed on next patch
Welcome window revamp IE... Being ablento toggle off
Off line brokering with lots of options no longer bazaar only possibility of it being mobile
Looking into not allowing task adds without the toon in zone
Looking into adding buff assignment in buff window
Looking into adding a parser for all classes
Clerics being able to drop agro Stay tuned
And last but not least
Epic quest ornamentation quests being worked on won't be ready till after expansion
