The webpage is nice, but neglected. Lets show it some love sometime this year.

AG Access success, Upcomming ventures into Solteris, and building the organisation! (submitted by Slein Jinn at 11:42am CDT)

Thanks to some great work from everyone last night, Volantier and I are both now flagged to request AG East and West raids. We can now start to include these events in our regular target selection without having to go through the shenanigans of having to find someone able to request them in the future.

I know I've mentioned this before, but I encourage everyone to start working on Solteris flagging in their spare time. You need a series of 8 tasks from Katta for Solteris access. We would like to start working on Solteris raids in the near future once our numbers are more re-established (see below), so we will need everyone flagged to enter. When you're bored during the week, coordinate with other players in the channel and work on some flagging tasks. The missions are not overly difficult.

Finally, keep spreading the word about AH. We've been making good progress over the past month both in terms of numbers and achievements. I really hope to see AH continue to grow and to prosper. AH raids are open to anyone and are a fantastic way for players to get reacquainted with the raiding game or experience raiding for the first time, for long time raiders whose schedule demands prevent them from commiting to a full time guild, or for current raiders who want to go back and experience content or pickup useful trinkets they might have missed.

Spread the word! Tell all your friends. Bring your guild mates. Hell, make it a guild affair. The best recruiting tool is word of mouth (I don't think I need to say it, but that doesn't mean you should spam public channels, however). Before its hiatus AH was fielding raids of 4-6 groups regularly, and I would love to get back to that, but that didn't happen overnight - it required an accumulation of players as AH raiders involved those around them. Thanks in advance for helping to help AH grow and be strong!

Finally, while I'm at it, I may be a little late for raids tonight. Most likely I'll be on time but just cutting it a little close, but that means I won't be giving the channel my warnings to get ready to form up. Sumonerr has still been having computer issues, so it remains to be seen if he'll make it. Just know that we will raid tonight at or very close to 11 p.m. EDT; if neither Sumonerr nor myself is online by then, I would appreciate it if someone would take initiative to just start inviting the LFG's to the raid and take a raid dump at 11:05-11:10 (email to JGWeber.OSU at gmail dot com) so I can award on-time DKP (raid dumps just create a small text file in your EQ folder) and start the raids as soon as I am online.
